The Forme Way

Typically, the Forme way covers seven essential steps that guide your project from conception to completion. Through these structured steps, we ensure a seamless experience and a successful outcome that truly reflects your vision.

Step 1: Meet involves an initial site visit to investigate the concept brief and present a quotation tailored to your needs.

Step 2: Analyse includes a thorough site analysis, diving deep into the concept brief to create a concept board and investment outline.

Step 3: Design focuses on concept delivery, preliminary planning directives, and the creation of detailed 3D models to visualize the project.

Step 4: Planning entails preparing a town planning report and assessment, submitting necessary documents to the council, and managing correspondence and responses to requests for information (RFIs) and permit conditions.

Step 5: Documentation involves drafting and preparing documentation for building approval, coordinating with sub-consultants, and submitting all applications.

Step 6: Selections covers the delivery of a color style board, as well as the selection and specification of fixtures, furnishings, and equipment (FF&E) to enhance both interiors and exteriors.

Step 7: Approvals is the final step, where we submit documents to the building surveyor, respond to any RFIs or permit conditions, and collect all necessary permits to initiate the project.
